Sweeti Jha
Sweeti Jha is the Managing Partner of Source Resources. In addition to her responsibilities,
Sweeti regularly advises clients on optimizing the process of hiring, supporting manpower outsourcing, creating value proposition with consulting, succession and culture-related matters.
Proven leadership experience
• Prior to Source Resources, Sweeti has worked with Reliance, HCL, Wabag. She is having
combination of Industry-Academia experience. She was also associated with Amity University
and ITS Engineering.
• Industry-Academia exposure has given her insights of business and how to get the same executed
with the help of different stakeholders.
• Responsible for different gamut of business roles, she has developed a great competencies in the
recruiting, hiring and on boarding of a number of senior executives. Sweeti also brings the value
addition in terms of Staffing, Outsourcing, Supporting start-up on HR practices and procedures.
• Sweeti earned her B Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. College, where she served for
few years in teaching. She received her M Tech. in Production and Industrial Engineering.
• Apart of routine work, she is involved in engaging women’s workforce participation as part of
gender diversity. She has picked up few corporation / government schools and motivating school
girls to become career intentional.

Ranjay K Sinha
Ranjay K Sinha, the Managing Partner of Source Resources, is having more than 25 years of
experience with global businesses and brands. His leadership experience spans professional
services and products and he has led businesses through varied market conditions and economic
cycles.
Ranjay worked with State Government, Reliance & Toshiba and created a winning instinct
towards his team and individuals. Ranjay has worked and led all gamut of Human Resources be
it Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Statutory
Compliances and HR Consulting. His competencies and capabilities helps him in advising clients
across industries on executive recruitment, succession planning and transitions, board
effectiveness and other key governance and senior leadership. He is supporting and mentoring
start-ups on HR practices and procedures along with audit and compliances.
Proven leadership experience:
• Ranjay brings 25 years of business experience from Reliance, Toshiba and Government
Institutions, including senior roles in both corporate headquarter and operating businesses.
• In his tenure, Ranjay and his team expanded the company’s global footprint, strengthened its
position in sustainability of business and developed new services and capabilities. He remained
active in client relationships throughout his tenure.
• Ranjay earned a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with high
distinction. He also holds master’s degree in History & LL.B as well. He has completed Post
Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur & Post
Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
• Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, listening rustic songs and teaching slum children.

Our Front end team led by Mr. Amrendra Singh is a Subject Matter Expert focused on creating talent management strategies to attract people with the skills to take the organization into the future. He is responsible for the entire talent management process, from sourcing, through interviewing, hiring, and onboarding successful candidates. From executive search to recruitment process outsourcing, he integrates scientific research with our practical experience and industry-specific expertise to recruit professionals of all levels and functions of our clients. He is having 20 years of experience and served Global Hunt, Omam Consultant & ETA in the past.
